We train smart!
The fitness industry has taken a big step forward in recent years, many new directions have appeared. One of them is smart fitness, which is fundamentally different from the usual heavy weight training.
What is smart fitness
Smart fitness is a type of training aimed primarily at improving the body. It is not about exhausting training with heavy equipment, but about harmonious movements of the body, about training deep muscles that are not involved in the usual exercises in the gym.
Smart fitness implies a certain awareness: not only the muscles, but also the brain are involved in the work. As a result of the work through the nervous system during training, maximum results are achieved.
After such classes, a person feels a surge of vigor and strength, and not severe fatigue, as after a gym.
Listening to yourself and your body is the main rule of smart fitness.
What smart fitness workouts include
Smart fitness is very similar to the Pilates training system – where all exercises are aimed at improving the body as a whole and developing muscles – both superficial and deep.
The training program is designed in such a way as to involve not only the muscles we are used to pumping in the gym, but also all the important organs and parts of the body.
Working with posture
Correct posture provides not only a beautiful body, but also the health of internal organs. That’s why the posture and mobility of all parts of the spine are what they work on first and foremost in smart fitness.
Strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles
Insufficient tone of these muscles causes tangible discomfort to the fair sex: involuntary urination, discomfort during sex, pain in the pelvis, organ prolapse.
By training the pelvic floor muscles, your bladder and bowel function will improve, the extra inches will go away faster and the press will appear, but as a bonus it will improve your sex life.
Stop working
The feet are the most important part of our body, the care of which shapes the gait, posture and even the contours of the face. By rolling your feet and working with trigger points, you can quickly get rid of flat feet, asymmetries of the body, spine and face.
Working with the headband
The fascia is a membrane that covers our muscles, performs support and trophic (nutritional) functions. Provides protection to muscle fibers, the integrity of a single muscle and its interaction with other muscle groups.
Headband affects our flexibility and range of motion. A sedentary lifestyle, incorrect posture, injuries, training loads not corresponding to the level of training, incorrect nutrition, excessive consumption of coffee, lack of fluids lead to the fact that the bands lose their elasticity.
Abs, core, glutes
Much attention is paid to the large muscles that ensure the health of the lower back: these are the muscles of the press, the cortex and the buttocks. But they too have to turn on “intelligently”, which is why it is important to pay sufficient attention to the pelvic floor before starting to work with them. Only in this order can you “get” to the deepest muscles and make the training safe.
