Foil
Cut the foil into strips and hang around the entire perimeter of the balcony or window sill. The foil will shine, rustle, and the pigeons will definitely not like it.
Old CDs
Collect old CDs that you no longer need. Hang them from the outside and inside of the balcony in the form of a garland. The shine of the disks will scare away the birds, and the appearance of the balcony will not suffer.
Receiver
Put the radio closer to the balcony or on the windowsill. Every time the pigeons visit you, turn it on at full power. Birds will not like loud sounds and they will fly away. Be careful – loud noises can irritate neighbors as well.
Water
Douse birds with a hose or other device – this will also discourage feathered freeloaders from approaching your balcony or terrace.
Pepper

Cans

Pigeons are not friends with crows and are afraid of them, which means they will not settle nearby. In garden stores there are various plastic birds – crows, hawks, owls.

Vaseline

Birds and insects cannot tolerate the intense smell of essential oils. Spray some eucalyptus or peppermint oil on your rooftop, window sill, balcony, or anywhere else pigeons like to fly.
Repeat the procedure every few days, as odors quickly disappear. The oil can be diluted with water and poured into a spray bottle.
Vinegar
Birds will smell the strong smell of vinegar from afar and quickly change their minds about becoming your neighbors.
