Last week, the expected unexpected Windows 11 operating system was released to the world. high hardware requirements, thanks to which Windows 11 cannot be installed on every device.
Microsoft requires that the computer on which Windows 11 is to be installed be powered only by a small group of supported processors and be equipped with a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) chip. Like most commands and requests, this one can be effectively bypassed. Interestingly, Microsoft has published instructions on how to work around it.
In practice, it should be enough to modify relatively simply only a few system registers, specifically as follows:

Start your registry editor on the device where you want to install Windows 11

Here you will create a new DWORD value and name it AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU, but you must set the value to 1

After successfully restarting your entire computer, you can download a tool (such as the Media Creation Tool) to create a bootable DVD or flash drive with Windows 11. You can now upgrade to Windows 11 from your storage media, but your personal data should be preserved. The question then remains why Microsoft did not enable this feature from the beginning, or why it did not state the presence of the TPM chip only as a recommendation, when Windows 11 works without problems even on devices without a TPM.
