Who is this feature designed for?
- for people who are now earning abroad, but wanted to receive a pension in Ukraine;
- for persons of pre-retirement age who do not have enough experience for a pension;
- for workers with low formal incomes who, through voluntary contributions, can increase their future pension.
To start you need to conclude an agreement with the Pension Fund using an electronic signature, Actions. GOV.ID signatures or systems.
After that can independently determine
- duration;
- periodicity;
- and insurance premiums.
The amounts of insurance premiums are credited for the month in which the money was credited to the account of the Pension Fund.
For uninsured persons, the month will be attributed to the length of service, and for the insured, the salary will be increased to calculate the pension.

As reported, the total number of pensioners receiving payments through current bank accounts as of May 1, 2023 amounted to 8.314 million people. The remaining 2.383 million pensioners received payments through Ukrposhta.
