Is endometriosis finally being taken seriously? A disease still unknown to the general public 10 years ago, it today affects nearly 10% of women of childbearing age in Belgium. As a reminder, endometriosis is an incurable and potentially very painful gynecological disorder. And this disease remains poorly understood, including by the medical profession. So how can we improve the management of endometriosis in Belgium? The Health Care Center of Expertise has just released a report with several areas for improvement. Report, Adelin Massart.
