What changes in Windows 11 23H2
The update will include a package of new features. Perhaps the main one is the arrival of Windows Copilot, the new Windows assistant with AI. The system will also have a new redesigned File Explorer, new dark mode in the Paint application, new volume mixer and more. Native support for 7-zip and RAR compressed files, eliminating the need to install third-party programs such as the famous WinRAR. Stylus pen users will have a new feature called ‘Ink Anywhere’, which allows you to write with the Surface Pen or another pen in any text box on the Windows.

Have Windows 11 on your computer
Before trying to update to a new version of Windows 11 on your PC, you must have Windows 11 installed. Check here how to perform this update and whether your PC meets the minimum requirements to have this Windows installed. If you already have Windows 11, go to the next step.
Your Windows 11 must be up to date
Before you can move to Windows 11 23H2, you must have all previous updates installed. You can check if your Windows is up to date on Windows Update (see how to access it in the next step).
Abra o Windows Update
Both to install previous updates and to update to version 23H2, you need to access Windows Update. Just go to the Start menu, click Settings and select Windows Update in the sidebar.
Check updates
Select the “Check for updates” button in Windows Update. If there are previous updates pending, go through the process to fully update your PC. Without being updated, you will not have access to the new version. If the option to upgrade to Windows 11 23H2 appears for you, just accept download and install.
