How to Get Free Electricity Tokens November 2020 via www.pln.co.id and WhatsApp All pages

KOMPAS.com – The government through PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara ( PLN) has extended the subsidy in the form of free electricity and a 50 percent discount.

The electricity subsidy is provided for 450 VA and 900 VA users.

450 VA customers are free, while customers with 900 VA power get a 50 percent discount.

The extension of the stimulus due to Covid-19 was also announced via the PLN Instagram with the pln_id account.

Steps:

There are two methods that can be used by customers to claim electricity subsidies this November 2020.

Namely through the PLN official website at www. PLN.co.id and a chat application WhatsApp.

1. Open the PLN official website at www.pln.co.id or click this link

2. Click Covid-19 Stimulus (Free / discount tokens)

3. Enter Customer ID / Meter Number in the search field.

4. Enter the Captcha code and click Search.

5. Electric token free or 50 percent discount will appear in the description column.

6. Free electricity token or a 50 percent discount has been obtained, the customer can enter that figure into the kWh meter.

1. Open the WhatsApp application

2. Chat WhatsApp ke 08122-123-123

Starting by sending a message in the form of a customer ID number.

3. After that, an automatic reply from PLN will appear to follow the instructions by typing the number 1.

Stimulus for social, business and industrial customers

In addition to subsidized 450 and 900 VA customers, the government has also expanded electricity billing incentives for the social, business and industrial segments.

This program is provided by the government for:

1. Exemption from the application of the Minimum Account provisions for customers whose electricity consumption is below the Minimum Account provisions (40 hours on) is applied to:

• Social Class Customers power 1,300 VA and above (S2 / 1,300 VA sd S-3 /> 200 kVA).
• Business class customers with power of 1,300 VA and above (B1 / 1,300 VA to B-3 /> 200 kVA).
• Industry Class Customers power 1,300 VA and above (I-1 / 1,300 VA sd I-4 / 30,000 kVA and above).

2. Exemption from applying the Minimum Hours of Operation for Special Service Class customers in accordance with the Power Purchase Agreement Letter (SPJBTL).

3. Exemption of Expense, is applied to:

• Social Group customers power 220 VA and 900 VA (S-1/220 VA, S-2/450 VA, S-2/900 VA).
• Business Group Customers power 900 VA (B-1/900 VA).
• Industry Class Customers Power 900 VA (1-1 / 900 VA).

Through this electricity tariff stimulus, customers only need to pay according to real usage.

Meanwhile, the difference between the Minimum Account or Minimum Hours of Operation against the actual usage account and the cost of expenses is the stimulus paid by the government.

This stimulus is valid from the July, August, September, October, November, and December 2020 accounts.

PLN ensures that this stimulus will not interfere with PLN’s finances. This is because every stimulus provided will be replaced by the government through a compensation mechanism, such as the stimulus that has been given to subsidized 450 VA and 900 VA household customers as well as industries and small businesses with 450 VA power.
