Expect some disruptions if you have to travel in Montauban this Monday March 15. President Emmanuel Macron is visiting all day, as part of the 26th Franco-Spanish summit. As a result, traffic and parking restrictions are taken. The President should arrive around 11:30 am in Montauban. He will stay there until curfew.
The sectors concerned:
- the area around the prefecture and the Old College: avenue Gambetta, place du Maréchal Foch, allée Mortarieu and allée de l’Empereur, place Prax-Paris and place Alexandre 1er, rue des Soubirous-bas
- the central cemetery: rue de l’Egalité, rue Henri Tournié
- the junction roundabout between rue du 1er Bataillon de Choc and avenue du 10e Dragons (D927) and the streets leading to it.
Diversion routes will be offered.
Schools located in areas affected by traffic restrictions are, unless otherwise specified, open. People who work in these sectors will also be able to go there. Of checks will be carried out around.
