After a certain age, you will see the Real estate brokers possibility in the Purchases Activities section. There will be two real estate agents, both with different and similar types of properties. Go in there and look for those who have a manor and a manor in the name. When you tap on any location, it will show its condition, age, size, money and mortgage price. To secure your dream mansion in BitLife, consider the following strategies:
- Create wealth: Accumulate substantial funds through high-paying careers, such as becoming a famous actor, singer, athlete, or CEO. You can also increase your wealth by winning the lottery or inheriting a fortune.

Once you have decided to purchase the house, you will find it in the Properties tab of your Asset. You can rent, upgrade, and inspect tenants if you have the Landlord expansion pack. Plus, you can party it, sell it, renovate it, and gift it to your friends and family. If you have made a will in which all your properties are shared equally but you want the manor to pass to a particular child, you can gift it to them.
