JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – LinkAja launched STNK management services which include annual or 5-year registration and renewal of STNK, name transfer, number plate blocking, and vehicle transfers.
LinkAja President Director Haryati Lawidjaja said that this STNK management service is available for people in the Jadetabek area (Jakarta, Depok City, Tangerang City / Regency, South Tangerang City / Regency, and Bekasi City / Regency).
“Payment of motor vehicle tax and handling vehicle documents, including the process pickup and delivery files without leaving the house, just use the LinkAja application from the cellphone, “said Haryati in a press release, Thursday (6/5/2021).
Haryati said, in the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, digitalization in various sectors was needed to make it easier for people to keep their activities by prioritizing safety and comfort.
“To provide a solution for the convenience of daily transactions for the public, we are trying to provide a safe, easy, and comfortable solution for people who want to administer STNK and other vehicle tax management services through this Tax Service menu,” he said.
This service complements the tax payment ecosystem that has previously been present at LinkAja, such as PBB, e-Samsat, and Retribution payments, as well as payment of state revenues, such as PNBP, Customs and Taxes online which will be coming soon to LinkAja.
This service is expected to be a solution to minimize the spread of Covid-19 because people do not need to come to the Samsat office, or tax payment points, and can carry out all the process of handling vehicle taxes and vehicle registration, and paying taxes and other levies from home.
“We hope that this solution can also help the government in maximizing the potential for state revenue,” he added.
To enjoy this service, users only need to open the LinkAja application, select the Tax Services menu, then place an order for services and upload files (such as STNK and KTP).
Next, the customer selects the type of motorized vehicle registration service to be used and enters the motor vehicle details. Then make a payment, and then the document will be picked up by a courier to be processed at the Samsat office and there is a delivery process to the user’s address.
After making a payment, customers can check the status of the service order which includes document pickup, document processing and document delivery in the Track Order section. The process of picking up, processing, and delivering documents for the registration of the STNK will be processed within 3×24 hours.
