If you encounter any of these issues:

  • You cannot launch the Archicad installer
  • Archicad can’t open
  • You encounter slowness or bugs in Archicad
  • You are unable to run your license managers

    Anti-virus may be the cause.

    In order to avoid this problem, we invite you to exclude Archicad from your anti-virus, to do so please follow this procedure:

Windows :

  1. Quit all open Archicads.
  2. Open your antivirus
  3. Go into the Zone d’exclusion folders, or also call Zone of trust
  4. Exclude the 4 GRAPHISOFT folders below:
    C:ProgrammesGRAPHISOFT
    C:UtilisateursGRAPHISOFT
    C:UtilisateursAppDataRoamingGRAPHISOFT
    C:UtilisateursAppDataLocalGRAPHISOFT

  5. Go in Trusted apps or Apps allowed and add
    C:ProgrammesGRAPHISOFTARCHICAD "numéro version"ARCHICAD.exe
    C:ProgrammesGRAPHISOFTARCHICAD "numéro version"ARCHICAD Starter.exe
    C:ProgrammesGRAPHISOFTARCHICAD "numéro version"curl.exe
    C:ProgrammesGRAPHISOFTARCHICAD "numéro version"CineRenderCineRenderNEM.exe

  6. Restart the Archicad installation

macOS :

  1. Quit all open Archicads.
  2. Open your antivirus

  6. Restart the Archicad installation
