Paso 1:

Paso 2:

• Ovarian reserve: In this case, a specialist will perform an ultrasound to see the condition of the donor.

• Blood test: This study should be carried out to rule out any infectious disease such as HIV, syphilis and Hepatitis. On the other hand, this also serves to determine the blood group of the donor.
• Genetic test: This test is carried out to determine if the patient has a genetic disease that does not allow her to continue with the treatment. A Karyotype will also be performed in which the patient’s chromosomes can be seen.
Once all these studies are carried out and the results are adequate, the treatment can officially start.
How are the eggs retrieved?
Although this treatment may seem quite complex, it only has two steps. The first consists of achieving multiple follicular development through hormonal medications, finally, once this is achieved, they will be punctured.
Development of multiple follicles:
This is achieved through hormonal medications, which are supplied by gynecologists. With this, the donor can generate several follicles and thus achieve that at the time of the puncture more eggs can be obtained.
For this treatment to be as beneficial as possible, it is very important to follow everything indicated by the gynecologist to the letter.
Ovule retrieval:
This ovarian puncture is carried out through a very simple surgery and the objective of this is to be able to extract the ovules generated by the patient. It is highlighted that this intervention lasts approximately 30 minutes and under anesthesia.
To extract these ovules, the doctor will have to extract the liquid produced by the follicles when they are punctured.
