Also, the lack of vitamins can be judged by the state of a person – he is apathetic, lethargic, he is constantly tormented by a feeling of weakness, it is difficult for him to get up in the morning.

It is possible to connect hardware techniques, for example, ultrasound, to recognize the deficit. Some hypovitaminosis manifests itself as symptoms from the internal organs. For example, it can be changes in the thyroid gland, in young children there are a lot of all kinds of changes, one of these is changes in the brain in babies up to a year. Also on the ultrasound of the abdominal cavity, there can be a variety of changes. True, it is worthwhile to understand that the skin and nails will give out the lack of vitamins faster in children than the results of ultrasound.
Lack of vitamins is fraught with the fact that other vital substances and microelements will be poorly absorbed. For example, if vitamin D is deficient, there will be problems with calcium absorption. It is possible to increase the level of vitamins by diet, drugs, and various biological active additives. Vitamins are used in vitamin courses, properly balanced, it will be correct, logical and better for the body.
