How to delete the second space of Xiaomi in MIUI

MIUI, Xiaomi’s cell phone interface, provides a unique feature called Second Space. This functionality allows you to add a second user profile to the phone, with your own password and a new customizable desktop. It is an option, for example, to separate personal and professional screens on the device itself.

If you want to delete the Second Space created on your cell phone, the procedure is very simple, done in the settings. All this alternate profile will be removed, but the platform allows you to transfer certain information to the main version before removal. See the step by step below.

Paso 1: open the device settings and select the “Special functions” tab;

Paso 2: then tap “Second space”;

Paso 3: on the functions screen, touch the trash can icon, located in the upper right corner of the screen;

Paso 4: confirm the process and tap “Delete”;

Paso 5: then enter your My Account password and tap “OK” to confirm the procedure. After this step, it is not possible to recover files and data that were in the second space.
