How to create your avatar on WhatsApp

Here’s how to create or edit your WhatsApp avatar:

1. Meet in Settings at the bottom of your iPhone or in the Settings via the “3 dots” icon at the top right of your Android smartphone,
2. Keep on Avatars under your name and profile picture,
3. Keep on Create your avatar,
4. Customize your avatar and tap Finished top right.

How to use avatar on whatsapp

Once you’ve customized your avatar, here’s how to use it:

1. Meet in a WhatsApp conversation,
2. Tap the sticker icon in the text input bar,
3. Tap the avatar icon at the bottom of the screen,
4. Click on the sticker you want to send to your contact.

How to create a profile picture with your avatar

You can create a profile picture in WhatsApp from your avatar:

1. Meet in Settings,
2. Keep on Avatars under your name and profile picture,
3. Choose Create profile picture,
4. Select your avatar’s mood and background color,
5. Click on Finished at the top right to validate your profile photo.
