Convert a photo into a sticker
You can turn the main subject of a photo into a sticker.
Open the Photos app on your iPhone.
Tap a photo to open it in full screen.
Press and hold the subject of the photo and select Add sticker.
The sticker will appear in your sticker menu, which you can access when you use the iPhone’s on-screen keyboard or the Markup tools.
Tap Add Effect to apply a visual effect, such as Outline, Comic, or Emboss.
Tap to close the sticker window.
Convert a Live Photo into an animated sticker
You can turn the moving subject of a Live Photo into an animated sticker.
Open the Photos app on your iPhone.
Tap a Live Photo to open it in full screen.
Press and hold the Live Photo subject, slide it up, then release.
Tap Add sticker.
The animated sticker will appear in your sticker menu, which you can access when you use the iPhone’s on-screen keyboard or the Markup tools.
Tap Add Effect to apply a visual effect, such as Outline, Comic, or Emboss.
Tap to close the sticker menu.
Your stickers sync with iCloud, so they’re available on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices where you’re signed in Apple ID.
