1.Launch Telegram app on your PC.

4.A window pops up asking you to provide a Chanel name and a bio will appear. You can provide the appropriate detailed information and then click “Create.”
5.Determine the type of Channel you want to run.
6.Click “Save” after selecting the Channel type.
7.Invite people to join the Channel from your contact list. Do this by selecting the account you want and then selecting “Invite.”
How to create a Channel on iPhone
