With over a billion active Instagram users every month, it’s easy to see how a slice of customer service could be overwhelmed. Instagram has a direct line in the United States for customer support – their phone number is (650) 543-4800 – but you’re unlikely to get a human response that way. There is no dedicated line in France. And if you could once email Instagram’s help desk at [email protected], that one has been deleted.
Instead, Instagram has a beefy Help Center that can answer most questions and make it easy to report issues with content you may see on the site.
