You can customize your event registration form and connect to your email marketing provider to stay in touch with your webinar attendees. Registration settings for live events are saved even after the event completes. After the event ends, viewers will continue to see the same registration form, but registrants from the live event will not move on to the saved recording unless they all sync to the same CRM list.
To configure your registration form, follow these steps:

Any time before the event ends, even if you fail to turn it on during setup. registrationYou can turn it on. To turn on the form after you’re set up, select Registration in the right panel of the event settings page and OnSelect .

Here you can configure the fields you want to appear on the registration form, such as name, email address, custom text, or dropdown fields.
Up to 20 custom fields can be added, and registrants can include responses up to 50 characters long per text field.
- You can rearrange the order in which fields appear by dragging and dropping the dot icon to the right of each field.

Selecting the Options menu on the right opens a drop-down menu where you can find additional settings for each field. From here you can set fields as required or remove them from the form.
- You can add a link to your organization’s privacy policy for viewers. Viewers can access the privacy policy directly below the contact form in the preview player.

on the right design Select the tabs to change the layout, add a logo, background image or color, and turn event details on or off.
- Preview You can use drop-down menu options to view forms, confirmation, and login screens from the viewer’s perspective.
- Once you are satisfied with the form, select the back button in the upper left corner to return to the event settings page. Your changes are automatically saved.
Additional information
- Premium and Enterprise accounts can integrate with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, and Keap. Enterprise users can also integrate with Marketo.

If you use Mailchimp, Hubspot, or Marketo, once your event is complete, Vimeo will forward registrant engagement metrics to your CRM provider.
- When completing the registration form, viewers must also agree to Vimeo’s Privacy Policy.
