An experienced military man voiced his “formula” for successful mobilization in Ukraine: “In Ukraine, we have always formed a so-called passionate part of society, which at appropriate moments in the history of our country took an active position, which led to victories. There are many such stories, and for us this is a very important component of our people, which encourages the Ukrainian people to be responsible.”

Then Stepan Barna noted an important nuance: “In this case, we are talking about the fact that we have always stood on values ​​(on values ​​such as democracy and freedom of speech, on the values ​​of European society and joining NATO), so we must move there in the future . This needs to be emphasized, but we must count on the work that must be done today in preparing people at any time, regardless of position and social status, to defend their country. It’s very important to work on this“.
