1. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat

2. Klik Tools > Optimize PDF.

3. Several options will appear on the screen.

4. If you click Reduce Size, Acrobat will apply default settings to your file to try to reduce its size.

5. You can also adjust the size of your document to maintain its quality. Just click on the Advanced Optimization option.

6. After setting the desired size, click save as, name the document, and click save.

7. The PDF has finished compressing.
