La Poste has opened an internal investigation and advises “in the case of high-value shipments, not to use the most expensive registered delivery but to favor declared value shipping for which the maximum insurance is €5,000”. In the meantime, Hélène could only report the loss of her holiday vouchers. As specified by the National Agency for Holiday Checks (ANCV), it is not possible to object.
