1. Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
2. Has Population Number (NIK)
3. Own a micro business
4. Not ASN, TNI / POLRI, and not BUMN / BUMD employees
5. Not currently receiving credit or financing from banks and KUR
6. For Micro Business actors who have KTP and different business domiciles must attach a Business Certificate (SKU)
