Description of services
You can only appoint representation yourself if it is done by a lawyer who belongs to the same responsible body. The order can also be made in advance for all cases of prevention that may occur during a calendar year. In other cases, representation can only be appointed by the responsible body at the request of the lawyer.
Who shall I talk to?
The responsibility lies with the Bar Association.
This procedure can also be carried out via a “point of single contact”. The “single point of contact” is a special service offered by the municipalities and the state for service providers.
