How to apply for help
First of all, you should make sure that you have the necessary documentation. According to the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of the Environment, invoices, bank statements or other receipts for payments for the respective fuels are sufficient. Then proceed as follows:

- wood briquettes: 28 cents/kg (including sales tax)
- firewood: 85 euros/m² (including sales tax)
- coal/coke: 36 cents/kg (including sales tax)
How much is the refund?
The amount of the refund may vary. You can use the Locate Fuel Assist Calculator. However, there is both a lower and upper limit for withdrawals. Households can only receive a payment from a reimbursement amount of 100 euros. The maximum amount is 2,000 euros per household.
