This time Telegram rolled out a new theme feature for individual chat (chat themes), interactive emoji, and a read receipt feature for groups with a small number of members.
In his official blog, Telegram announced that users can now use eight new chat themes for each different individual chat room.
Theme for individual chat
Chat themes are actually not new to Telegram, because this feature has been around for a long time in this instant messaging app.

However, in the past, the chat themes feature was applied to all chat rooms.
That way, users cannot install special themes for different individual chats.
Well, with this new chat themes feature, users can change the theme in each individual chat room.
