TikTok is known to have started testing the auto scroll feature on its application some time ago. This feature will certainly make it very easy for users to scroll without having to swipe continuously. Then, how do you activate it?

As explained by TechCrunch, the auto scroll feature on TikTok can be activated by tapping and holding on the For You tab in the application. A number of menus will appear and select “Auto scroll” with an icon like an upward arrow.
Once activated, every time a video ends it will automatically play to the next video without having to swipe up as usual. Then, when you encounter a photo post, the auto scroll will stop until you swipe all the photos.
Meanwhile, turning off this feature is also very easy. You just need to tap and hold on the For You tab like before, and select “Manual scroll” to return it to normal, where the video will play repeatedly until you swipe up.

However, keep in mind that the auto scroll feature on TikTok is still in the testing phase and it seems that not all users can see it. Most likely this feature will be released soon to general users.
