Doreen Bermúdez, executive director of programming and special projects, explains that the agency works for human rights law in New York City, “one of the most comprehensive and inclusive laws in the entire state.” It states that to request the services offered it is not necessary to have documentation and clarifies that the person concerned is never asked about their immigration status.
