How the Motor Piston Handlebars and Inhibitors Work

Jakarta, CNN Indonesia

There are still many who don’t know what a piston or handlebar is connecting rod. This component is not visible because its position is in the engine room vehicle so it is reasonable if for a number of people.

In short, the piston handlebar is one of the engine components whose function is to connect the crankshaft to the cylinder.

With the handlebars, the cylinder and piston rod can fluctuate in the combustion process so that it can produce a rotating motion on the axle crutch components.

The rotating motion of the axle crutch can help generate energy to move the motor engine.

This component is designed with small dimensions and shapes so that the motor can go fast. Therefore, it can be said that the function of the piston handlebar is very important for the vehicle.

While one of the characteristics of this component is problematic, namely the release of white smoke from the exhaust when the engine is working.

Important components on the handlebar piston

On the handlebar of the vehicle piston there are two holes that have different sizes from each other.

The hole at the top is called the Small End, while the hole at the bottom is called the Big End. Therefore, the two holes on the handlebars are large and small in size.

The two holes on the handlebar piston are designed that way because they have their respective functions to improve vehicle performance.

More specifically, the function of the small end is to connect the cylinder rod to the cylinder head in motorized vehicles. The connection of the two components will affect the locked piston pen.

Then the Big End is located at the lower end of the vehicle piston handlebar with a larger shape than the small end. Big end installation is on the crankshaft or crankshaft.

The size is much larger, of course, making the big end function much more than the small end.

The big end function connects the crank pin component to each cylinder of the vehicle. Then the crank pin will be locked together with the big end. This process will encourage the rotation of the engine to move up and down.

The engine rotation occurs due to the movement of the cylinder rod. Therefore the two piston handlebar holes are considered very important because of the way they work which are interrelated with each other.
