Their goal: more interaction and individuality for the listener without destroying the shared listening experience. The SWR people decided on one so that there would be no conflict of objectives hybrid approachthat wants to bring together the individual wishes of the users with the existing linear live program. Listeners can now rewind the radio program in the app, swap music songs from the live program that they don’t like for other titles or listen to songs as often as they want.
The whole thing should be as easy and intuitive to use as possible, promises Thomas Jung.
