Al-Marsad Newspaper: A consultant cardiologist, Dr. Khaled Al-Nimr, confirmed that the way of sleeping affects heart patients.
Al-Nimr said, in a tweet that he posted on his Twitter account: “Studies have shown that some patients with severe heart failure get annoyed if they sleep on the left side, and they feel better when they sleep on the right side.”
Al-Nimr advised them to sleep on the right side, indicating that a healthy person can handle his affairs.
