One of the brightest artists of the first season of the “X Factor” show was Alise Haijima, whom the public got to know as a newly discovered Latvian musician with Japanese blood.
On 360TV’s “Say It Loud”, Haijima revealed that she was once in an abusive relationship, from which Samantha Tina saved her. As Alice revealed, her boyfriend at the time wanted to end her career, contrary to Alice’s own musical plans and future goals. And on one of those occasions, Samantha witnessed this violent relationship by being next to the couple.
“You have to say a huge thank you, which you probably don’t realize. A couple of years ago, when I had the opportunity to sing backing vocals for you, I was in an abusive relationship at the time, where a guy wanted to pull me out of music. He told me to stay at home, to be just a housewife. But you were the one who told him to his face – if you want a girl, a singer, then you will also wait for her at home. And that time, when you also saw in the dressing room that he was not treating me very nicely, you showed me, that he must not be allowed to get on his head. You defended me.” : revealed the artist emotionally, thanking Tina. At which Roberto also had tears in his eyes.
At the end of the show, Haijima came to the conclusion that one piece of advice can change a whole life. Advising other musicians to stand up for themselves and listen to advice.
