“How Population Shrinkage is Affecting Saxion, University of Twente and ROC”

The decrease in prospective students due to population decline is not only felt at Saxion University of Applied Sciences. The University of Twente and the ROC of Twente are also dealing with the consequences. The latter is counting on a reduction in the government grant of a maximum of 1.5 million euros, probably less. Earlier it appeared that Saxion had to cut costs by up to 15 million euros.
