The seconds flash is well received in the nightlife district. But the operators are in a legal gray area.

An advertising banner promises quick ecstasy. “Flash Ballon” is written on it in capital letters. In addition, water pipes, glass bongs and liquor bottles are lined up in the shop window. A chain of lights flashes in all colors on Zurich’s Langstrasse.
