On October 26, 1977, the painting “Office Romance”, which became popularly loved, was released. After the premiere, the actors who played in it woke up famous: Liya Akhedzhakova, Svetlana Nemolyaeva and Lyudmila Ivanova. The latter at one time revealed the secrets of filming the film.

Lyudmila Ivanova played Shurochka from the accounting department, who is very active in the public sector. This role became her “crown”, although the artist starred in many other films. She worked for many years with the legendary Oleg Efremov, was close friends with Galina Volchek, with Lyudmila Gurchenko, and even wrote songs for Anna German.

However, for most of our compatriots, the talented original actress remained Shurochka. Slava Ivanova felt in an unusual way. She told how, after the premiere of “Office Romance”, the eldest son Vanya, having come from school, stunned her with the news.

“They tell me at school: “What, is your mother really such a fool?” Here it is played! I tried to console him: “And you be proud! That I played so that everyone believed that I was a fool!

Lyudmila Ivanova admitted that she was not at all jarred by the fact that she was perceived only as Shurochka. The only thing the actress regretted was that the role turned out to be small.

The actress revealed the secrets of filming a comedy. She noted that director Eldar Ryazanov liked to improvise. He liked the scene when Shurochka nailed a mourning portrait of Bublikov to the wall, and suddenly he appeared alive at the entrance. “When we filmed it, Eldar Alexandrovich got naughty,” said the celebrity.

The director then asked Ivanova to step back from the script without warning anyone. It was decided that Shura would shout: “Long live Comrade Bublikov!” Then the actress fell to her colleague Shcherbakov (Bublikov) on her chest. Ryazanov and Ivanova wanted to develop the theme so that Shurochka and Bublikov would have an affair, but there was not enough film.

Lyudmila Ivanova said that on the set there was an atmosphere of creativity and an amazing upsurge. According to her, not only Myagkov was considered for the role of Novoseltsev, but also Basilashvili and Velyaminov. Ryazanov shaved off the applicants, calling them beautiful and well-groomed. He also needed another hero – “no one”, who was beautifully embodied on the screen by Andrei Myagkov.

Earlier, EG wrote about two women in the fate of actor Sergei Yursky. One never remarried, and the other was by his side for 49 years.
