How Much Water Should You Drink? Factors to Consider for Optimal Health

It was possible to know that, regarding the frequency of consumption of this liquid, there are multiple factors that must be taken into account, such as the climate of the region where each person lives.

In this sense, in the face of a heat wave that occurred in Paraguay in 2017, the Ministry of Health of that country asked citizens to drink drinking water every 15 or 20 minutes, to avoid the risk of dehydration.
