The menu for the dinner of New Year 2022 proposed by chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo at Villa Crespi costs 350 euros per person, drinks not included. The gastronomic experience inside the spectacular restaurant of Orta San Giulio, in the province of Novara, opens with the chef’s appetizer and continues with Sicilian scampi with pizzaiola and octopus water and tuna tartare, lime, mozzarella and coconut water.
Among the dishes of the menu New Year’s Eve at Villa Crespi there are also: celeriac, black garlic and passion fruit; cod dumplings, clams and seaweed; linguina di Gragnano, baby squid, rye bread sauce; supreme of pigeon, foie gras with cocoa beans, Banyuls sauce.
