The resolution was signed by the Ministry of Health and the Superintendent of Occupational HazardsEnrique Alberto Cossio. There, various verification steps are specified to assess the damage caused by the vaccine and if payment is appropriate, the Secretary of Administrative Management of the Ministry of Health proceed to calculate the amount to be paid as compensation.
