How many veils and respirators does the Czechia have? ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPLIES revealed

By Friday, the regions had to check the number of drapes, respirators, disinfectants, but also, for example, sampling points. “Of course, we wanted them to have an overview of their stock,” said Prime Minister Andrej Babiš (YES).

They have the largest stock of drapes in Central Bohemia. The region leads both in total (over 3.7 million) and in number per 100 thousand inhabitants (276 thousand). A few weeks will be enough with them.

“I expect to have them for about two months,” said Robert Bezděk, councilor for security and healthcare in the region.

The Karlovy Vary region holds the second place in terms of 100,000 inhabitants with 225,000 drapes, and the Pardubický region steps on its heels, with 175,000 mouthpieces in storage. On the other hand, the Ústí nad Labem Region has the smallest reserves of drapes, only slightly over 10,000.

In stock The South Moravian Region, in total, has a total of 547,000 respirators. However, when recalculated per 100,000 inhabitants, Královéhradecký will overtake it (51,000 compared to 46,000). The Liberec region has the smallest reserves, but in its data, unlike other regions, it does not count on reserves in hospitals or social services, and so it has 712 respirators per 100,000 inhabitants.

“If we talk about all our health and social facilities in the region, then we have four to six weeks and in some commodities up to three months,” says Přemysl Sobotka, deputy governor of the Liberec region.

The month is the average time for which regions with supplies will suffice. The same applies to the Zlín Region or the Capital City of Prague. South Moravian believes in a month and a half.

At the request of TV Nova, the Olomouc Region and Vysočina did not provide the results of their inventories. The regions first want to present the results to the Government Council for Health Risks, which commissioned the audit.
