The Walking Dead is not going to last very long at all, unfortunately.
The Walking Dead really comes to an end with the eleventh season. But how many episodes are there to go?
AMC announced on Wednesday evening that the series will end after the eleventh season. Then a total of 177 episodes were made, spread over eleven seasons and twelve years. The flagship series of the Deadfranchise will end permanently in 2022.

For now, we still have a few things to enjoy. The tenth season will have the season finale in October. After that, there are another six additional episodes. Furthermore, AMC has ordered another 24 episodes of the longer eleventh season, which will be shown in 2021 and 2022.
