Kuatbaca – Starting from a preference for mix and match clothing, Lystia Novilda managed to get 35.5 million likes on TikTok during his time as a content creator in the last two years. At the #JoinTheFlipSide Trip with Galaxy Z Fold5 & Z Flip5 event, in Bandung, Monday (4/9/2023), Lystia shared her story about how she started as a famous TikToker.
Apparently, it all started in 2015 where Instagram on the rise. She, who has loved fashion since junior high school, was inspired by fashion bloggers in Indonesia, so she wants to share her love for fashion.
“I like fashion from junior high school inspired by Indonesian fashion bloggers because in the old days of blogging. I didn’t have big intentions and was able to blog, so I just used IG. I started college actively because I could wear strange outfits,” she said.

“TikTok was only active last year, actually the current type of video content is a full year. At first, I was inspired by content creators from outsiders, then I like to see them like to discuss their daily lives,” said the owner of the TikTok account @lystianovilda.

In addition to gathering 35 million likes in a short time on TikTok, Lystia has been followed by more than 362,300 followers on the platform. According to him, the thing that made him successful was the practice he kept doing.
“Initially making a video, I researched what I liked and enjoyed watching, then I saved it. When I first implemented it, it didn’t explode right away, so it really takes time, effort, and patience,” he said.
Lystia also makes sure to always monitor all comments from her followers. That way, he can know what kind of videos his audience likes.
So, of course, the profession as a content creator requires a reliable device. Lystia uses Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 for the past month to help him create content.
“Actually, a feature that I think is very helpful is that if we open the camera on the right, there is an option to click. So we can see the front of the cellphone. Because we really like using the rear camera because it’s better,” he explained.
“Then you can also use the wide camera 0.5x with the front camera. Apart from that, I also use the camera (tucked in my waist — red) to make my POV,” he said.
