While the Season 3 of Chapter 2 of Fortnite Battle Royale has just begun, some are already asking when is a new season could disembark.
We’re only a few days of the season 3 of Fortnite, but the fans are already asking when the next season arrives. We have not tired of the new season, far from it. The last two seasons, however, have lasted about 120 days each, therefore, it is not crazy to hope that this one is much shorter.
When Season 3 is output, the juvenile data were quickly told everyone how much time remained in the season. At the time of its release, Epic had an end date on 27 August 2020. It’s only been 71 days, which is quite reasonable.

But not so fast. The minor data FireMonkey was not slow to note that the number of the weekly challenges do not correspond to an 11-week season. There are already 12 weeks of challenges in the game files, the season 3 and ended on 3 September.
This does not come out of the ordinary. Epic has traditionally extended the season a week or two extra with the challenges of last-ditch effort. The last two seasons, both of which have been extended for a month after their end date of origin, are still outliers in the history of the seasons Fortnite.
Potential Season 3 Extension:

The season is set to end on August 26th, however we have 12 weeks worth of challenges.

A one-week extension had nothing major. We can live with this, and we will appreciate even the challenges of last-ditch effort for Epic, we will. Don’t panic for the moment, but the season will probably be extended at least once.
Normally, this would not be something that we couvririons so early in a season Fortnite, but the recent history of the long seasons make us wonder if it will go through. I hope that we will play the season 4 by 4 September.
