How long will the coronavirus last – Germany declared the invincibility of COVID-19 in the coming years

In foreseeable future – at least four years – humanity will not be able to completely defeat the coronavirus… This is due to permanent mutations in COVID-19.

With such a forecast in an interview with the German edition image shared the head of the German Ministry of Health Karl Lauterbach and encouraged people to be realistic. According to him, now new strains are often fixed in people with immunodeficiency, autoimmune diseases or oncology.

It is worth noting that the head of the Ministry of Health of the Federal Republic of Germany is a supporter of mandatory vaccination and believes that with a clear vaccination campaign, the new variants of the coronavirus will not pose a threat to humanity. However, vaccinations will prevent the spread of COVID-19.

In addition, Lauterbach admits the possibility of a fourth vaccination, since, in his opinion, the booster (third) dose of the vaccine may not be enough. In this matter, everything will depend on whether there will be new strains and how people will tolerate Omicron.

We will remind, earlier the chief sanitary doctor of Ukraine Igor Kuzin predicted that the coronavirus pandemic this year definitely won’t end… According to him, it will last for more than one year until some common strategy against COVID-19 appears in the world. And the mask mode will continue until the last days of overcoming the global pandemic.

“This will last for at least a few more years. From two to five. Until some general global prevention strategy emerges in the form of either a universal vaccine or a means of prevention or treatment. Only then can we talk about the potential time before the end of the pandemic,” – says Kuzin.

As reported OBOZREVATEL, in November, experts predicted that by the end of the year from the coronavirus in Ukraine at least 20 thousand more people can die… Our country has been ranked first in mortality in Europe for a long time and has one of the lowest rates of vaccination in the world.
