KOMPAS.com – Actor Lee Dong Wook often has to show his stomach in the various drama roles he has starred in.
The 41-year-old actor has six pack abs that make many people jealous.
But to get abs like that need to work hard. Lee Dong Wook realized it.
“I often have to show my upper body in most of the projects I star in,” said Lee Dong Wook while guesting on The K-Star Next Door program recently.

“It’s difficult to get a good stomach shape quickly. So I better keep my body so that I can be topless all the time,” said the star of the 1938 Tale of Nine-Tailed drama.
Actor Kim Bum confirmed Lee Dong Wook’s words. They are old friends and often go to the gym together.
“He is very diligent in working out, up to three hours,” said Kim Bum as quoted from Koreaboo.
Clarifying Kim Bum’s words, Lee Dong Wook admitted that he had not been exercising for that long and did not go to the gym as often as before.

“I couldn’t walk (after practicing at the gym),” said Kim Bum.
“Me too,” said Lee Dong Wook.
They also laughed at the memory of working hard to have a good body.
