How have scientists and para athletes collaborated to improve their performance and quality of life? What innovative materials and techniques from laboratories have changed everything on the sports field, but not only? How do the Games inspire research on disability?
Broadcast on the occasion of the Paralympic Games being held in Paris until September 8, live from Club France
How do the Paralympic Games inspire research… and vice versa? How can researchers, by putting their science at the service of para athletes, change the game and the way we look at disability? Thanks to cutting-edge techniques, innovative and all-terrain materials designed in close collaboration with para athletes, to improve their performance, but also their comfort and their quality of life on a daily basis… A challenge that is as scientific as it is sporting and societal, launched on the occasion of the Paris Games and taken up by our guests, who are also scientists and athletes.
