Didier (60) and Sofie (55) live in a 355 square meter villa in Snaaskerke, surrounded by fields and meadows, close to Bruges and the coast. It was once a farm, but the couple turned it into a cozy home in a farmhouse style. According to the estimate of real estate agent Frederik Van Moeffaert, the value of the house has now doubled. He sees a lot of potential: “A B&B certainly has a chance of success here.”
