“How did you park the car? Move it”, then shoots and kills the neighbor

The 74-year-old remains in prison Armando Orthodoxwho on Saturday afternoon around 4pm shot and killed a Wallin the Caserta area, the 60-year-old neighbor Sebastiano Tessitore following a dispute that broke out over parking issues within the condominium spaces. This was established by the investigating judge Daniele Grunieri of the court of Napoli Nord, who did not validate the arrest ordered a few hours after the murder by the Prosecutor’s Office due to lack of risk of escape, but nevertheless issued a precautionary custody order in prison, given the existence of serious indications and the risk of repetition of the crime.

Ortodosso, a former security guard, confessed to the crime, explaining that he had started arguing with the victim because he had parked the car in such a way as to prevent him from accessing the garage. “How did you park the car? Move it” Orthodox would have said to the 60-year-old, who however refused; the 74-year-old apparently went back home to get the weapon, a 9mm pistol semi-automatic machine legally held, and then got out again, continued the argument, and upon Tessitore’s further refusal to move the car, shot three or four shots, all successful. The man then went back to his apartment, where shortly afterwards, thanks to some witnesses, he was found by the police, to whom he handed himself over without putting up any resistance; the military also found the murder weapon at home.
