JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Member of Commission A of the DKI Jakarta DPRD from the PDI-P faction, Gembong Warsono, questioned the attitude of the DKI Provincial Government (Pemprov) in providing a 600-page document about Formula E to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
“Now the question is why open up to the KPK, but what is being opened, we don’t know, so that the Provincial Government seems to be proactive like that?” said Gembong in a voice recording, quoted on Sunday (11/14/2021).
“Give them a 600-page document but they don’t dare to interpel. Ask Mr. Anies, please. How come (KPK) dares to come here, don’t you?” he continued.
The openness of the DKI Provincial Government regarding Formula E information to the KPK is considered the opposite of the DKI Provincial Government’s attitude to the DKI Jakarta DPRD.

Not only the KPK, Gembong challenged the DKI Provincial Government to also submit the Formula E document to the DKI DPRD.
“Let’s open up, now I also challenge the DPRD, let’s open up, because we also have data,” said Gembong.
It is known that the PDIP and PSI factions of the DKI Jakarta DPRD want to use the right of interpellation or the right to ask questions related to the Formula E event.
However, the interpellation was canceled because the plenary meeting of the DKI DPRD on September 28, 2021 did not meet the quorum or minimum limit for DPRD members who must attend the Plenary Meeting.
This is because apart from the PSI and PDIP parties, seven other parties agreed to reject the interpellation and absent from the agenda of the meeting.
