How come Mario Dandy wears shoes during the Re-enactment? This is the Police Explanation

Suspect Mario Dandy Satriyo (20) wearing shoes during the reconstruction of the assault on Cristalino David Ozora (17). The police explained the origin of the shoes Dandy was wearing.

“Many asked during the reconstruction, why did MDS (Mario Dandy Satriyo) wear shoes while Shane (the suspect) wore sandals,” said Dirkrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Hengki Haryadi to reporters, Sunday (12/3/2023).

Hengki said Dandy had worn the shoes some time before the reconstruction. The shoes apparently belonged to an investigator from Polda Metro Jaya.

“Those are the shoes of the investigator on behalf of Bripka Hary,” said Kombes Hengki.

“The shoes belonged to investigators, lent to Mario to suit the actual situation,” he continued.

It is known that Mario Dandy used shoes when he abused David. David’s head was kicked and stepped on by Mario Dandy.

“Investigators can analyze whether the shoe is an instrumental crime (tool of crime) that can affect the fatality of the wound to the victim. So there should be no other perception,” explained Hengki.
