How can I finance a property abroad with a loan in Germany? (Financing)

Hey people,

Try to be brief ..

Exactly 9 months ago I completed a 10-month 0% financing through Consors-Finanz.

I paid off € 10 per month in installments, before the 8th month I set the rate to € 100, you debited this rate. Now I have made a one-off payment so that Consors Finanz debits the amount that I used with my credit limit of € 400.00 at the end of each quarter without interest.

Now my question: On February 22nd, the 10 month financing will expire. I was told that I can continue to use the card or leave it. Sounds tempting if you can “borrow” a small amount at the end of the month and either top it up by the end of the quarter or pay by bank transfer yourself.

Have already paid off the loan in full. But with the card -30 € so 370 € of available. One-time payments that should be interest-free are set.

“My card” says that the next one-off payment will be charged with -40 €. Maybe so that my account remains positive? Why € 10 more?

Will what I bought with the card (the € 30) be added to the financing? Because after 10 months, interest is paid on the amount not paid by the financing.

Will the € 30 earn interest now when the financing expires?

I read bad reviews on the net but it was about another matter.

Is it true that I can borrow money interest-free as long as I use the one-time payment and not the “installment payment” which is extremely high interest? Anyone have experience with the Consors financial credit card?

Thanks in advance! 🙂
